Complete Shareware Software Sale/Unlocking System

I need a registering/unlocking module I can use in my own software. User enter their Name, email and an unlock code. After successful verification it should turn the software into retail mode or else it stay in trial mode. User should also be able to purchase a license using clickbank, and if possible, be able to give ev. affiliates their commision. When a license is purchased, a cgi script on my server must be called, to issue an unlock code and the software should unlock automatically. Also, customer data will be saved online, preferable in a MySQL database. And for the online db, I also need a web interface with all needed functions, like add, search, delete, send individual and mass mail, issue unlock codes etc. It should also be possible to unlock manually by entering name, email and unlockcode etc... The vb module (or mayme an vb oxc) shall also have a function to have unlock info resent to registered email address. The module/ocx must be able to be used in different software titles and the online cgi script / MySQL must also be able to handle multiple titles. I have a similar system running today, but it lack a lot of funtions and I think we start over from scrats with fresh blood... So, basically, VB6 source module or ocx built into my software. This should be easy to move to a new title later on, if needed. On the sercer a perl cgi scipt that works against an MySQL database. And all of this is connected together to make a complete shareware sale system. If you have any other great ideas, let me know and we it too.
