I am looking to create a 3D model of a house and backyard, based on an actual project for a house already set in motion, which includes both interior and exterior elements. The house and backyard must be rendered with careful attention to detail; a medium level of detail is required. Landscaping and other external elements must also be included in the model. There is a gap of space of around 600 square meters that will need to be filled with 2/3 3D houses, that i don't have the model or draws. I will leave this part to your designer skills and tastes. I put together a metal carport last year and now I want to enclose it. I pulled a permit to put together and if I am correct I will need a professional to design the frame for enclosing it and get the permit to do the upgrade. I like enclose it with pressure treated wood and use exterior wood panels. The carport is not attached to the house , but it is set flush with the house.
