Female voice-over and translation for mobile app needed (from english)

We are developing a children app that needs simple voice over. It is important that the voice over are female and are spoken in a maternal tonality.
What we are looking for:
- MUST be fluent (native speaking) in the languages we want to translate to.
- Have excellent understanding of the english language.
- Good communication skills
- Soothing and pleasant feminine/maternal voice
- Experience with Voice-over/dubbing work
- Fast and efficient worker
- Must provide a portfolio that demonstrate your voice-over dubbing skills
We have all Voice-over and text-descriptions in english and we now need to translate them into the following languages:
1. Chinese (mandarin, simplified chinese)
2. Korean
3. Japanese
4. Spanish
5. German
6. French
7. Russian
8. Portuguese
9. Arabic

Your job:
Voice-over on 155 words.
Proofreading 155 words.
Budget
You will be paid by your hourly rate
This job is pretty straight forward and recording/proofreading should not take longer than about 1-2 hours.

Requirements & deliverables:
Sounds
You will deliver a recording of a word in three different styles / voice pitches. We will then choose one of the styles/voice pitches and stick with this for all the recordings.
Each word/sound needs to be cut into individual files, numbered and named according to the list of words you are given. Naming convention will be like this:
[Sound number from list]-[English description]-[Translated language]-[take-number].mp3
Example:

if there are multiple take of same sound this would be:

[login to view URL] etc...

Proofreading of text-descriptions
You will be sent a document with a list of all the word already translated using Google Translate.
You will then proof read these words and make sure they are correctly translated and match up with both Voice over and , and edit/translate those that are not.
