To develop and ICO on Ethereum platform

I wish to hire a developer who is able to write codes and take lead on ICO on Ethereum.

I wish to develop a prop/fin tech platform to allow DLT to be used for real estate sector. This will include business intelligence, transaction and operational management.

I further see it expand into other sectors as well as allowing.

the idea is in it's infancy, but with appropriate technical support i believe we can refine it and finalise the whitepaper and business plan, prior to ICO.

I would need a not of input from technical front, so expert development skills and rich experience in ethereum or DLT is pre-requisite.
