We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of successfully selling IT projects. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on selling projects related to Angular, Python, Django, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, and Zoho CRM.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the target market.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and understand the requirements of potential clients.
Present our company's capabilities and IT solutions to prospective clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions according to client requirements.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in IT sales, preferably in selling projects related to Angular, Python, Django, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, and Zoho CRM.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and IT solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Relevant industry certifications (optional, but preferred).
