We have almost 10 to 12 softwares to perform the genomic data analysis. Running each software independently taking lot of time, so we would like to connect all those softwares and run at once to save time, since each softwares output is input for other software, like a pipeline. All softwares we are using for our work are online and freely available. But all these softwares are written in different languages like C, Perl, Java, python..etc.
