REST Wcf sample service and client in NET4

I need a very simple sample with a REST Wcf client (console app) and service, developed in NET4, using new online project template WCF REST Service application in Vs 2010.

## Deliverables

The REST service will have three methods:

1. one receives a list of strongly typed objects - just create a hardcoded list with 2-3 objects

2. one receives a strongly typed object

3. one receives four string parameters - use with hardcoded parameters

The client should be very simple.

Use the sample solution skeleton provided in attachment.
