I need a simple database that collect information from many users.
Capacity: 1000 users
For security reasons I would prefer to have a front end (for end user to access) and the data should saved in the back end.
For user creation, system administrator can upload user name and user ID or any other information to the application. For the password, it should be the same as "User Name" for the first time. However, the end user should be forced to change his password first time. For forget password, please suggest a simple method
When accessing the application, the user should be able to view/change his information. Add attachment
System Administrator, can add fields. Also field format etc... reset a password for a user
finally all information related to the users can be extracted in spread sheet.
Remember, I need simple application however, it I should not face technical issue.
