Excel project.
I need a template to create group training workouts easily, and FAST. And so I will provide the exercise database, then I want to be able to choose the right exercise in the right cell. I would like the template to have up to six days of programming. Basically - I enter values and a program is created based on that (ex 4-day plan will then have 4 days, for each day I can choose a theme, like lower body strength which will then link to the column with exercises for that). I have a template that I use today that I can send with feedback about what I like about that and what needs to change and be added.
I have limited time before completion, and so I'm looking to have the project finished by August 6th (or at least a first working copy). If we work well together I have more ideas for expansion and some other templates. Work can start on Friday if not before (tomorrow would be great).
It's a bonus if you are creative and have a good sense of design (it needs to look good as well as function well).
