I require a short bit of PHP software which scrapes data from a Government website and compiles in a list. There are two distinct parts to this project:

Part 1) The data is on this website [login to view URL] . I have attached an image called "STC Data Scrape" which shows the 15 data fields that need to be picked up, along with the corresponding labels. I want the code to scrape this data hourly and record this to a list. We will be including this on our website, so will require the PHP code to include on our website. There is no need for formatting as part of this project just a list of the data being created. The output we are hoping to achieve is an ever growing list of data each hour.

Part 2) The second part will be scraping data from this website: [login to view URL] If you search by Generation Year = "Select All" and Status = "Registered", then you get a list of "Current Owners" with a corresponding "Certificate Quantity". I require a list which groups all "Current Owners" with a total of the "Certificate Quantity". There is no need to retain historical records of this data. The output we are hoping to achieve is perhaps a button which when pressed, updates the list of holdings per owner from highest to lowest.
