Torrent Upload Script

I need a script which will automate the Torrent Upload process. Following are the requirements:

1. It will automatically download the torrents by RSS feed from a private BitTorrent Tracker.

2. After that it will rename the file as per my requirement.

3. It will create screenshots and a Thumbnail and automatically upload to my image hosting website.

4. It will automatically create a torrent file and upload it to torrent sites like Thepiratebay, 1337X.

5. While uploading the torrent file to the above mentioned sites, it will add the links to the screenshots that are uploaded on my image hosting website into the description.

I have no limitation with server requirements, any possible Processor and RAM can be fixed for smooth functioning of the script.
