Piwik White Label and NoSQL

I need to have an White Label version of Piwik.

The snippet js must not identified by software as Wappalyzer.

I also need that at least log_visit table must be written also in MongoDB (also all the update). The best is an hybrid version that write both all on mongo: keep in mind the performance, my website can reach also 5M of unique visitor in month.
