Crypto Currency Trading Program for Binance

Hello. I need developer that can build a crypto currency trading script for Binance.com.

Actually, I need to have an automatic trading program that will automatically buy and sell order with placing limit order API based. I should put manual price set point buy/sell with stoploss function.

For example; our script will make BUY order when AMB/ETH bid price is 0.000667. After that this script will make SELL order when AMB/ETH bid price 0.000670 or new BUY order 0.000664.

And if our EA has made order with 0.000670 bid price, it will make SELL order 0.000673 or new BUY order 0.000667.

If our EA has made order with 0.000664 bid price, it will make SELL order 0.000667 or new BUY order 0.000661.

Shortly, our program will make BUY order when the bid price 3 point higher or SELL order 3 point lower from previous BUY order. Our system is BUY and SELL order circle.

All these are examples. Program should allow to select currency pair, start point, sell and new buy point. This program can be readable and writable from us like point deviations, Stop Limit points, amount size, BUY order price and SELL order price.

And also some details; we will decide the first price with watching market and we will create this first price manually. That is, this program will give permission for determining the first price. Also we want to stop point (optionally, we will use or not this option) for this program (on any price that we can determine), if we want to finish this trading system. Finally, program can be used any currency.

I will give more details if I know you can design and build this.

You must know what binance is first though. Also you must know how exchanges work.

Now, I do not have certain strategy. So this program has to be compact and I could change it like BUY-BUY-BUY or BUY-SELL-BUY-BUY or another combinations and link trade system at any point. I will try many strategies to find best way.
