Build a zoho integration to do the following:
1 - Modify existing zoho form:
- add a field for "submitted by" that auto populates
- add a field for "approved by" that auto populates
2 - Form goes into Desk (currently)
- trigger when this desk ticket is created based on a field specific value (Classification= "Programming Request", Project Type=[one of many values])
a. The ticket creates a project or issue within a project depending on a mapped title (description=project name, classification determines the task list to generate, Project type determines the assigned to and project group)
b. Ticket in Desk is closed
