Add news filter to only trade DURING news

I want to add a news filter to my ea in order to trade ONLY DURING NEWS. It should let me filter the importance, example speaks, high, medium, low news.
It should let me pick which country, example USD, EUR, GBP, ...
It should let me pick for how many minutes before news to trade and minutes after. If it could use seconds, example 01:30 after news would mean start trading one minute 30 seconds after news event, it would be great! The same should be true for minutes before news.
I’m open to using either ff calander but would prefer daily FX economic calander. I’m not sure if there is an indicator for that but if you have it, go for it.
