does anyone has a pre-done FAQ Template ?

- I'm looking for a very simple template for FAQ

- Should have the drop-downs on left and the content on right

- should be in white bg and very simple, clean looking

- should be html

- should allow entering data (left links and the content).....from a Control Panel or Admin section.

It's a very low budget thing, so i can't spend on doing a custom one.....if you have one already something similar, pls show me the same and bid on this.
