Custom Wordpress theme, and implementation on our servers

We need to build a custom design front end linked directly to a wordpress backend system. Some parts of the website should be hardcoded and should not be maintained through the backend system. We will provide artwork for certain sections. Sections that artwork has not yet been provided should be filled with dummy data.

The Powerpoint attached explains exactly step by step what we need.

Some sections of the design can be replicated from a wordpress theme we have already bought. We can give you the source files to the template. Some are similar to other websites. We have also provided links to these websites.

Please bid only if you can complete the project by Tuesday 17th 2011 6pm GMT.

Additionally we require that the vworker will provide us with a link to a development environment to see daily progress. The vworker ideally uses our own environment. We will provide complete CPANEL access with a wordpress installation already installed. We also require that we have gchat or skype access to the vworker. The vworker will be required to commit to the above before accepting the project.
