Password Protect Files - File Protection/Encyption Software

Hi There, I am looking for a piece of software that would enable the user to password protect files of their choice. For instance, once a file is locked or hidden, it should be completely encrypted and not allow any contents of the file to be viewed. Files would only be accessed again, by using this software. All files should be able to be protected, including music,video and document files for instance. The software would need to be password protected, and would need to be able to withstand the possibility of people attempting to uninstall it without permission. I would need the software to be created to a professional standard and be branded with my logo. The software would need to be similar to and compete with rivals such as : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would require both a full version and a demo version, which would restrict the possibility of users protecting their files, and instead, displaying a 'nag screen' asking users to purchase the full version in order to unlock all features. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
