Couple Custom Fields & Modify Joomla Extension

This project is to complete a few tasks involving php, SQL, and Joomla. I will need you to create a couple custom fields and modify a Joomla extension. Most of the code and/or foundation has been written and our project is near completion. This is a modified job board/recruiting platform. You can demo the project at [login to view URL] (please contact me for test account user name/password). Please note: a non-disclosure/non-compete agreement will be required upon acceptance of your bid. The following are the things I am looking to do to complete our project:
-Add the custom files 'placement fee' to job details/post. (Visible to
clients and partners only.)
Partner functionality
-Apply/submit candidate directly from job details page. (Partner users only)
-Submit a job and view on the 'my jobs page'. (Partner users)
-See all jobs, candidates, candidates status submitted by user. (partners)
-Show candidate interviews on 'interview calendar'(partners and client).
Job details page
-Replace approved 'App'd' column with candidates interview 'status'.
Candidate functionality
-View all jobs user applied to and the status.
Administrator functionality
-View all report of all jobs by status, and/or all filled jobs. (Show job
placement fee, title, candidate hired, client, partner, and date).
