Xtreme top 100 Vote bot - repost

Need an xtremetop100 Vote bot.

Requirements:

-The bot must be able to do at least 300+ votes every 12hours

-Decapchta Support (xtremetop100 uses reCaptcha)

-I need Proxy Support and the bot should be able to switch between proxies. Proxy/Decaptcha support is a must. Xtremetop100 blocks many proxies so extra methods of anonymity is a plus.

-Dead proxy detection.

-Votes failed/succeeded(if possible).

-It would also be a big plus if the vote bot worked on other vote sites as [url removed, login to view] not there is no problem.

-Bypass captchas (If no captcha, the bot will just vote straight away)

-Change IP's once vote is complete

-Find working proxies to use

-Loadable proxy list

-Votes failed/succeeded statistics([url removed, login to view],monthly)

I want to test first,before the payment will complete!
