Wordpress Feed Aggregator

I need a Wordpress plug-in for my web site where I can add RSS feeds and assign them to specific categories. I need the content that will be pulled from the RSS feed to get displayed as an actual post. More precisely each post generated by the RSS feed will need to contain the following:

1. Post title

2. Tags

3. One featured Image, that will be taken from the original page

I will also need this to be configured on my blog and have it fully functional before I make the final payment. Feel free to request an initial milestone but the whole payment will be made only after the project is completed successfully.
