**Introduction**
A windows based application designed with VB6 is required to manage a furnished flats which will be rented to customers in a daily bases. The application main functional areas are as follows:-
**Reservation management**
the actability to make different type of flat reservation true a graphical representation of the building where the user can see the hole flats in the building and there states then he can select the available flat and make the required reservation. The different states of the flat should represented in different colures.
**Accounts Management **
There shall be accounts for each flat and customer. Each flat and regular customer shall have a profile including the required information such as discount amount and points gained in the customer and daily charge, facilities available…etc in the flat profile. When a flat is rented a contract will be generated between the customer and the flat he rented. It shall be possible to charge the customer for any service he used such as restaurant, Laundry and Telephone calls..
**Interfaces**
It shall be possible to interface to different BPX using a setup window to define the type of BPX connected. The application should invoice the customers according to the rate defined for local and international calls.
It shall be possible to make a dail-up call to another computer to send a pre defined information from the application.
The application should be designed so that it can be use in a single workstation or in a LAN configuration with centralized data base or in configuration
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
