Apple iPhone Calendar Application

I am looking for a developer to create a calendar type of application for Apple's iphone. ? The Calendar application will be catered to or made specifically for Law Enforcement (Police) and/or Military personnel. ? The calendar must have features/options related to police/military schedules such as training dates, court dates, vacation dates, etc. ? The Calendar will also have reminders for certificate or training expirations. ? Also, I want the Calendar to keep track of personal stats such as arrests or other things related to this field.
