Hi i am now looking for someone who can help me develop a comprehensive database for a real estate company. If you can do both cost effectively and timely the projects yours. We have a couple of projects in mind aside from this.
Its a real estate database program. Any experience is this field will be a advantage. Please send me sample shots of software programs that you have.
It must be able to track our clients and their progress, must be able to find clients (it must be a powerful search function with lots of categories to search from)
1) send emails to selected customers and place them on auto rotation cycle in terms of months.
2) upload raw csv data of our customers easily into the database.
3) Add a tracking tab on them
4) select a user log in for call center personnel to view the database and restrict access to a certain few columns only - start stop - manual input
5) dynamic ip/in built proxy
