openmeetings plugin on Moodle site

I need a php guru to fix a problem with Openmeetings plugin in my Moodle system (version 2.7) .

Openmeeting is already set up on my localhost server and running well.

The Moodle site is working well.

When I try to add an activity to one of my papers, I get the following message:

Request OpenMeetings! OpenMeetings Service failed and no response was returned."

This plugin is already installed in my Moodle system. But it does not work and has that problem.

If you can fix that problem and make my Openmeetings plugin work, also can finish this project in three days, please bid below.
