Convert vBulletin 3.6.8 style to latest one(4.1.5)(repost)(repost)

Hey,

So, as the title says I have a vbulletin 3.6.8 style that I would like converted to 4.1.5.

This is the style: [url removed, login to view]

You will also have to modify the logo: [url removed, login to view]

Remove the "Xtensified" text from it and the big "X". I will give you the text to replace it with.

I will provide you the vbulletin 4.1.5 test forum.
