Hello,
I am looking for an initial 10 website templates for use in an existing real estate site. These templates will be used by our members. Our members are real estate agents. I don't want templates that can be found on the web, I want original templates. They may be company specific as well for the larger real estate companies.
The templates will all be the same layout, just different designs so it should be pretty simple.
They need Cascading Style Sheets(CSS)so you must be able to provide these.
I want to receive many new styles with plenty of color options, and
imagery, delivered
in the same format that I am giving the 3 examples. I don't really NEED
the PSD files,
but if you can provide those as well, it may aid us in making
alterations to designs
should we need to do that in the future as the websites evolve.
Fastest time to market would require all the .css, .jpg, .gif files, to be created and
placed into the directory structure I will define.
Once you demonstrate that you have the ability with the initial 10 you may be assigned the remainder of the project which is ongoing.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
