I would like all of the features of CollegeStuff4Nothin's user control Panel that are included in their sites sections titled "My Status, Offers, Select Gift, Refer Friends, My Account, Help/FAQ, Support, Logout." I need this script to be fully functional to keep track of offers completed, referrals and IP addresses used to access the site. Additionally, I need a fully functioning administration panel, wit a strong emphasis in preventing fraud, such as a whois lookup, ip location, to track all ip addresses that each account has logged in from. I need to be able to search for users by their username, ip address (and parts of an ip address), email address, name. I need to be able to manually credit or revoke credits from an account in the event of fraud. I would like the first referral IDs to start at 10000 and count up by 1 for each new account. I need to be able to add gifts as well as offers easily, with a title, a description, and a small mouseover text box to describe the gift to customers. I need to collect information from users including First Name, Last Name, Street Address, Apt., City, State, Zip, and a password (as well as an option to change the password). I would like to be able to see the password as an extra fraud preventative for users who sign up with the same password. As administrator, I need emphasize fraud prevention in the settings by logging all IP addresses and to easily search for the location of the signup. This is very complex to explain, the best example in my opinion is at collegestuff4nothin.com. Unfortunately I cannot demonstrate their administrative panel to you because it is confidential to them, but I have listed all features that I believe are relevant to prevent fraud, add and remove products (pictures, description), add and remove affiliates (pictures, mouseover descriptions, affiliate codes with cookie tracking to automatically grant credit), ability to grant/revoke credit, answer/open/close support tickets, control users information, change account status (in progress, processing, order approved, order shipped), also I need to be able to send emails to customers who: have selected specific/any free gift, have selected a specific offer/any offer, have not completed an offer, or to mass mail all customers.

I use GoDaddy hosting with Linux and PHP This needs to be OS/browser independent because I favor OS X and Safari.
