Make control panel for digital shop website

Hi,

What we need is a control panel for a digital photo develop website that is ready to run. The control panel should be written in **hebrew**, since the site is an Israeli one and the admins that will be using the control panel to manage the website database are Israeli's and will work in hebrew. The website deals with products, photo albums and other services.

The control panel has to work efficient and user friendly, It will show information regarding orders that users have made. And more queries on some tables, the information regarding each page (each query) will be given. In brief it'll give the admin the option to query, add, modify and remove information about products, orders, photo albums, gallery and users in the website.

The coder will be working under the supervision of the webmaster of the website, this is me. About 8 pages will be made in the control panel. Each page will be dealing with other aspect of the website (as i mentioned: Orders, Users, Albums, Products, Images, Services' Prices and etc'), each aspect of the control panel will give the ability to add, modify, remove and query the database in the wanted way.

The database is MS Access 2003, it should be written in ASP.NET 1.1 framework , preffering vb.net. For the comfortability the control panel should use javascript when it is possible to avoid unnecessary post backs, so that work will be as fast as possible.

The design of the control panel should be user friendly not more than that. Though it should be easy for me to modify the pages later for better design.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
