Job Description
I need help to connect three IDX zip files to a MysQL Wordpress database.
The IDX files are downloaded by FTP.
The format (columns are the same in all 3 zips)
They call come from the same source, FAR or Florida Association of Realtors)
There are about 200 fields that must be matched with an OpenRealty database in Wordpress.
The 3 zips must be imported 1/day using a cron job on a Lynix server using Virtualmin.
Care must be taken while updating the database, not to shut down the site, while tables are dumped.
In total there will be about 40,000 entries in the database which need to be updated every night.
One column is most tricky and has codes such as (H21,J07,J09,M01,M03) which must sorted into approriate fields in the database. A table asignment for each field is given in the downloads.
I am looking for a reliable programmer to get this done.
