Identify Links in MS Office Documents

Need a script that will do the following:

A. Open a MS Office document (Word, Excel, etc.)

B. Identify all hyperlinks in the document

C. Export to Excel/CSV the following:

1. Full path and filename of MS Office document that contains the link

2. Destination of the link (the href attribute value)

3. Linked text (the text between the opening and closing anchor tags)

Ideally this could operate on a folder of files, but that is not a requirement.

Ideally this would be a GUI but a command line app is fine also.
