I'm on the lookout for an enthusiastic, entry-level Human Resources professional ready to dip their toes into a dynamic, part-time role. Your primary objective will be to shore up our HR capabilities, focusing on three key areas to propel our team forward.
We have started a portal for training program for Manual Testing/ Automation Testing, Digital marketing SEO and Business Analytics.
If we will hire you then you going to work for that. We looking to hire for long term.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Getting paid trainee candidate**: You'll approaching various way to the candidate who looking for paid training program and following them until they opt-in for our training program..
- **Trainee Onboarding**: Marinating Training schedule, co-ordination with the Trainer and Trainee candidate.
- **Performance Management**: Implement strategies to monitor and enhance workforce productivity, aligning with our company goals.
This position demands a commitment of 10-20 hours each week. It's a golden opportunity for those just beginning their HR career, eager to develop their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
