USPS/UPS/FeDEX Shipping Labels for Magento for an experienced programmer. (repost)(repost)

This project is to print shipping labels in Magento admin page for USPS/UPS/FeDEX. It's for an experienced programmer, who has worked for this project or already developed it. The shipping label printing program should allow to instantly print shipping labels in standard 4"X6" or 8.5"X11" labels, covering COD, Canada, International orders, along with customer's sales order. This program should communicate with USPS (Endicia, [url removed, login to view], etc), UPS World Ship, and FeDEX Ship Manager with tracking number. Users should have shipping account for each or pre-paid USPS account. Optionally, the program should ask the shipping weight, label printer selection, ....

Please explain what you have done for this project since it's for an experienced programmer.

## Deliverables

1. The completed one should be installed and run in our Magento program without any issue.

2. The coder should report the progress by Skype or Yahoo Messenger.

3. Require non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements

4. The Source codes and its related API should be organized to be editable by us.

5. The completed one should have user's help or manuals.

6. It should be compatible with with IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Apple.
