Information must be encrypted when users are logged on!!!!

Allow users to create and edit a profile with a valid email address, industry sector, keywords.

Allow users to apply for jobs

Allow users to search for jobs by industry, keyword, date order

Allow users to upload/delete/edit resume and cover letter

Allow users to create job alerts

Allow users to pay to become a member to access the following:

Allow employers who have a valid company email address (not hotmail, yahoo, etc.)

Allow employers to search for resumes by industry, keyword, date order

Allow employers to post jobs by industry, location, keyword, salary.

Allow employers to create and edit a profile with a valid email address, industry sector, keywords.

Add inbound links provided

Advise and implement ideas on how search engines pick up results from our website pages
