I have an excel-sheet with the following columns; "Date for order", "Name of customer" and "Order amount". The excel-sheet contains all the orders that were made in my shop for the past 2 years. I need to get as much data as possible about the returning and non-returning customers and the orders. See an example of the excel-sheet attached.
Definition:
Returning customer: Customers that made more than 1 order.
Non-returning customer: Customers that made only 1 order.
I need formulas for the following questions:
1. Qty. of unique returning customers?
2. Qty of unique non-returning customers?
3. Avg. order amount for returning customers?
4. Avg. order amount for non-returning customers?
5. Avg. time (days) between orders for returning customers?
6. How many % of returning customers make a purchase within 90/180/360 days?
7. How many % of the purchases are returning purchases?
And also I need you to build a table that presents the top-50 best returning customers. Each row should contain the following data per customer:
Column 1: Name of (returning) customer
Column 2: Qty. of orders
Column 3: Tot. order amount
Column 4: Average time (days) between orders
I should be able to sort column 2,3 and 4 according to the amount.
