I am looking for an experienced real estate article/blog/press release writer, preferably with a license or background in US real estate. This person will write and submit articles to higher level publications or consumer blogs, especially in Colorado (although we are international and our business extends to all 50 states, Canada, and Costa Rica.)
The successful applicant would also help coordinate"Team Filipina". Team Filipina consists two wonderful admin. support women who have skills with social media and creating graphical charts to post on our Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook etc. accounts. They have good English skills as well, but not enough to write professional articles in this field. Between the two of them, they could contribute up to about 40 hours/week to the this project.
I am looking for a writer who has established submission methods in place, which might include spinning articles to submit to numerous internet sites, or simply have an "in" to places on the internet frequented by massive amounts of potential real estate buyers or sellers.
A person with a license in real estate or job history in the US real estate field would be ideal.
