FB's Uids Analyzer

Tool description : A desktop tool that could load a txt file full of Facebook uids ( the uids are generated with a dedicated tool that already exist .. not the coder problem... ) Analyze them against Facebook API according to predefined filter and then show ( and export ) the desired results into file So for example if i'll set my filter to the following criteria : women who live in united state - and i provide the tool list of 500,000 uids - the output file only include uids that match that criteria I would like to hear about 2 options

1. The tool just retrieve and export the data info into excel file - and i'll do the sort processing later with the excel software - so actually i'll got an excel full of 500,00 uids with data

2. The tool will got a certain GUI that i could order the tool to retrieve just the UIDS i defined - like search and find only those uids that match criteria parameters that i predefined and show them

The tool need to :

1. Be fast ! ( 500,000 Uids will be a normal batch )

2. Works according facebook TOS

3. Despite the last point . i could set Proxy ( PROXY:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD ) and or Facebook account ( USER : PASSWORD ) - and if i want so i could enable that option - both or separate - including remember me ( last configuration - to save the user retype the information on any new operation )

4. The tool will include upper and lower clickable banner space - i'll will give the exact url location and size - and in the future - i could change the banners in the urls location and its reflect on the tool - ( for advertisement capability ...)
