I am in need of a programmer that can produce a collaboration software. It must have the functionality that allows me to have multiple users in different places (web based), barcode fax as well as the ability to upload documents, ability to set permissions for each users access, etc. there would need to be date milestones, and emails would be sent to all parties when milestones were hit.
In other words, the Process might look something like this:
-Administrator would "begin new project" and name it, give it a due date, etc.
-He would then add parties to the project from a list, or manually and set permissions.
-Everyone would be able to add documents to the file via barcode fax or by uploading, but not all could review based on permissions.
-there would be a calendar function for all parties to track the project visually, and emails would go out to all parties wen certain milestones had been hit.
-all parties would also have a username and password to log in and check the progress of the project.
I realize that there might be an open source program like this that already exists. If so, great, and i need someone to change certain parts of the site to fit my industry.
