Android Developer required for Text OCR and Cloud Sync task

I need an Android program (source code) with 2 tasks

I am an Android developer and I need to integrate program into my project

1. User will share an image to the app

After receiving image in the app, text will be extracted from the image using below Firebase cloud vision API

(Note: UI does not matter in this task)

2. This task is related to syncing file to cloud and download it. You have to make a screen where user profile is shown. You can enable / disable sync. You can add cloud account (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) and set intervals like Only when I tap Sync now, 1 hour, 12 hours, Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc

On given interval, database fill be synced on cloud server in folder TextOCR/{Current Month} {Current Year} e.g. TextOCR/June 2022/[login to view URL]

There will another sync now button which on taped will immediately sync file to cloud server

On same screen, hidden download button/function will be there. On Download function call, latest file will downloaded on SD card as per month

(Note: - You can take any database file with .db extension - Find attached sample screens for this task)
