Managed the drilling projects of 24 oil wells, of which 21 were successfully completed. This included the design of trajectories, planning, coordination and administration of all resources, equipment and times, from inception to closure; timely managing risks and ensuring quality throughout the process. I also performed statistical control of operations, updating KPI dashboards, generating reports and making presentations on behalf of the team.

PDVSA-ROSNEFT

apr. 2014 - feb. 2015 (10 måneder, 1 dag)

I supervised the drilling of 16 oil wells, controlling compliance with the processes, times and costs of the operations according to plan. I timely managed the logistics and provision of materials necessary for the continuity of operations. I carried out daily control and monitoring of operations, costs and drilling times; record such information in the department's database and report periodically to my supervisors.
