• Directly involved in overall planning and managing the outsourced project of accountancy firm, overseeing the progress of assignments. Managing portfolio of more than 250 clients myself. • Preparing and reviewing the financial statements of small and medium size Enterprises (SMEs) according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Practice in the UK (UK GAAPs) and Financial reporting standards for small and medium size enterprises (FRSSE). • Analytical Review of the prepared financial statements and identify the reason of any variances. • Preparation of corporation tax returns along with their submission to relevant authorities for different sorts of clients and businesses. • Closely involved in review of bookkeeping on different softwares like VT, Xero accounting software and IRIS (freeagent) etc. • Preparation of monthly and quarterly Management accounts. • Analysis of Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables and Reconciliation of bank accounts. • Preparation and filing of Vat returns, analyzing the quarterly profit and loss position of clients. • Advise on dividends, not only after analyzing the earnings/profits of business but keeping in view of the earning level of shareholders to avoid high taxes at personal or corporate level. • Dealing with all the tax matters of clients in particular with VAT and tax investigations from HMRC (UK Tax Authorities). • Involved in direct communication with clients, resolving their queries regarding financial and tax matters. • Analysis, planning and reviewing assignments, and • Providing on-the-job training to subordinates and junior staff members, formal and informal performance feedback and clear communication on areas for performance improvement.
