My name is MD Nahid Hasan. I hold my bachelor’s degree in Aviation professional development from Kasem Bundit University. Also now I am doing my master’s degree major in management from the same university. I have three months of experience as a passenger service agent in Biman Bangladesh Airlines Thailand. Also, I have two years of experience as an assistant manager at Mapple Company Thailand. I can speak four different languages fluently and without hesitation. I have excellent communication skills and I am very good at working with people because I tend to naturally help everyone relax. My education and training include an extensive knowledge of customer service. Although out of my customer service, I have had the opportunity to interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds, which has allowed me to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. I take pride in actively listening to others and understanding their unique needs. this ability, combined with my language proficiency, enables me to provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services. I am passionate about helping others and ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers and patients. My experience in customer service has taught me the importance of empathy, compassion, and maintaining a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations. I am confident that these qualities, along with my language skills, will allow me to effectively bridge the language barrier and facilitate clear and accurate communication between healthcare professionals and patients. I have the ability to stay focused and professional at all times while helping to maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I believe this is a vital part of the interpreter’s job. The tone and accuracy of the translation will determine the outcome of the discussions made Therefore there’s no room for errors or language barriers in this profession.
