Job Summary:
To understand the needs of the organization and candidates, provide tailored end-to-end recruitment
by matching the requirements of both.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Management
Preparing Job description as per client's requirement
Posting advertisements on different job portals ([login to view URL], CutShort, Instahyre, Dice, Zip Recruiter, Monster,
Jobstreet, Linkedin, Indeed, etc.)
Gather client information- organizational goals, no. of employees etc.)
Candidate management
CV sourcing of candidates from various job portals, referencing etc.
Screening and shortlisting of resumes from web portals
Sharing job description with candidates over mail, explaining details of job and taking
confirmation
Email drafting
Recruitment- through job portals, internal and external referrals
Conducting telephonic / Video Conferencing interviews with shortlisted candidates
Preparing and sending Appointment and Offer letters to the selected ones.
Sending updated emails regarding joining, onboarding, compensation etc.
Other responsibilities
Generating recruitment MIS reports like recruitment analysis, recruitment trackers etc.
Maintaining candidate database on ATS
Having follow-up meetings with new joiners
Skill set
Human resource management
Expertise on various ATS like Zoho Recruit, Recruiterflow, Bullhorn, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Conducting wholesome interactions during interviews
Building and maintaining Public Relations
Knowledge of MS office
Access to premium tools – LinkedIn Premium, US MONSTER, Naukri ,Indeed.
Ability in establishing customer relations
Team Management, grievance redressal, addressing concerns, and providing holistic
resolutions especially to candidates and new joiners
Professionalism, adherence to timelines, swiftness in communication
