(Repost) Recurring Billing Script Fixes

Once again, James came through for me when I needed him. We will be working with James many more times in the future, as he has proven most over that he is reliable, and can do the work you need done. He even makes improvements when necessary to make things better/easier for us. James is perfect, and embodies everything the perfect worker should be. It is usually hard for us to deal with workers, since we are in fact workers on Rent-A-Worker too, but James makes the process smooth, and deals with us on a different level since he knows we are workers too with the same high ranking that he has on Rent-A-Coder. I have a respect for James that will never fade, and he may not know it, but he has just secured an employer on Rent-A-Worker for life, since I will come to him first with any other project in PHP that I need done.
