I have 3-year work experience in the BPO industry. I'm a data entry, and order processing/management expert. I have experience in reports creation, and other varied tasks requiring the use of MS Excel, other MS Office applications, and the Internet. I was appointed as Subject Matter Expert for the team due to error-free processing and fast learning skills in the first year of being in production.
