I used the acquired knowledge to design two advertising campaigns in the field of the public sector. I illustrate the use of contextual Web advertising with the ADpartner system for the Faculty of Administration and for the national e-government portal in Slovenia. The two campaigns are designed carefully in order to effectively promote the corresponding brands and services.
Influence of motivational factors and job satisfaction on the fluctuation of insurance agents, 2016

My research has shown that insurance agents are satisfied with their current work post, however the percentage of satisfaction is higher among those who work in insurance agencies. Subsequently most of them have no intention of leaving the agency and seek employment elsewhere. This is strongly correlated with autonomy at work, dynamic work schedule, salary and other factors, which are mentioned in my master's thesis.
