URGENT: Server security expert needed

We had a security breach that affected all Wordpress sites on our dedicated server (CentOS, WHM, Cpanel): all wp_users records on all domains/sites were changed to a single user/pass combination. After many hours of investigations this doesn't seem to be a WP specific issue, rather a server security problem. We need some help checking logs and finding the source of the breach.
MANDATORY: you must be able to work via remote access and communicate voice on Skype, so very good English verbal skills are required! We have a lot of things we have already discovered and want to quickly show you.
