I require a website to be built that showcases my house for sale.

I will supply the copy, images and any video. The landing page is as always critical and I want a clean, modern feel to the site. The navigation menu will lead the viewer through the backstory about the house, provide technical data about the build, detail the special features of the house, provide information on local schools, shopping and access to the city and airport, as well as information on how to buy a house in New Zealand.

The target audience is New Zealanders in North America looking to return to live in New Zealand, and the secondary target is the United Kingdom.

I have built websites using Divi and have used WordPress for a number of years, but it not my primary skillset and want this website constructed with a high UX component.

I intend to purchase the domain and hosting.
