I am looking for someone to design and develop my company website. I would like to have some flash in the website but most will be static pages. This will be a website for a mid sizes company so the website will have a number of pages , which will be determine once we have awarded the project. I am looking to award quickly.
I would like to have someone with strong skills in graphic layout, understand the marketing aspects of a websites, and someone who does clean work.
