I need a coder that can build a search engine, code a search engine website.
I want a spider or something coded that will grab info from other websites. Should grab more data with RSS and API also. Need your recommendations.

You need to have minimum 4 years + experience in order to bid.
· Ability to function efficiently on both computers and mobile phones
· Ability to utilize LOKI coding to automatically pull up info based on users’ IP address locations and geo location coding for mobile phone locations
· Automatically send consenting users daily emails that list "OUR SERVICE" in their market
· Website must include facebook and twitter social media interaction
· Users should be able to sign in via facebook, yahoo, google, etc.
· Website must be scalable to allow for future growth
· Website must not violate any copyrights, patents, etc.
· Website must be SEO friendly.
